Birthday Girl {SSSC181}

Hi there!  It's time for Karen's Sweet Sunday Sketch!  Karen gave us a fun sketch to play with this week!  I hope you get a chance to play along!

Yesterday {Saturday} was my oldest's 14th birthday.  We had a slumber party for her and 12 of her friends on Friday night.  I. am. BEAT.  I'm not used to staying up until 4 AM :)

Anyhow, this is the birthday card I made for her.  I love the new Birthday Sentiments set from MFT and knew I had to use it for her card.  I also used Darling Dots with Kraft ink for the background. It's a little hard to tell from the picture, but I stamped the "Birthday" banner a second time, cut it out, and popped it up for some dimension.

Here is the finished inside.

Here's the sketch:

Don't forget to check out the samples from the Sweet Sunday Sketch team:

And don't forget our Guest Designer for this week:  Alyssa Scritchfield!

Here are the links to the products I used:

Wow, love your card. So clean and simple. I'm in love with the craft and white combinations lately. Going to save your sketch for later.
